Community at PaleyFest

March 17, 2011

In addition to their fall pilot screenings and special events year round, the Paley Center also hosts the annual Paley Festival, and Tuesday night I went to the Saban Theatre on Wilshire for their panel on Community.

Which shows Paley features during PaleyFest changes every year, but Community was invited back for the second year in a row – whether or not it has the ratings numbers, there’s no denying the show has the fans.

Definition of Insanity

I’ve been remiss with this blog (and have been waiting a week to use the word ‘remiss.’) I can’t even entirely blame my thesis. Watching the Oscars every year as…

Seeing Stars

Recent celebrity sightings: A bearded Ryan Gosling went Christmas shopping at the Grove with a woman who wasn’t Rachel McAdams.  Which makes sense since, according to Vlada, they’ve broken up again.  It’s really kind of sad that the world is more interested in them as a couple than they are.  Guess that’s what happens when your on-screen chemistry  is obvious to the hardest of hearts.  According to my patent-pending Star Chart (TM)…
