Founded in 2010 by blogger Megan Christopher, aka Hollywood Jane, the idea for uGeek stemmed from a lack of geek accessories that were as attractive as they were nerdy. A girl going to Comic-Con still wants to make a splash.

In 2011, she branched out into other forms of design, including bags, t-shirts, and graphic art, all tied into the T.V. shows, movies, books, and comics that she enjoys, and enjoys sharing with others.
